Privacy Policy
This policy describes how we handle information when you use this website, Suno Prompt Manager or Suno Queue Manager. We are an independent project; we are not Suno, Inc., and neither extension is an official Suno product.
1. Website cookies, consent and analytics
Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports choices or features you request and cannot be disabled through the optional-cookie controls. This includes recording your privacy choice, security or load-balancing functions provided by our hosting infrastructure, and the theme preference stored in your browser when you actively choose light, dark or system appearance. These items are not used for advertising profiles.
Your choices
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, usesuno.com uses Google’s certified consent management platform under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The message offers choices to consent, not consent or manage options. Optional advertising and analytics storage defaults to denied in these regions before Analytics is configured. The consent message updates that state when you choose and restores your saved choice on subsequent pages. Optional advertising and analytics storage is controlled by those choices. You can reopen the message using the Privacy & cookie settings control in the site footer.
Google Analytics
usesuno.com uses Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag.js) to measure traffic. Google’s consent mode passes the choice collected by the consent message to Analytics. When Analytics storage is not permitted, Analytics is not allowed to store or read analytics cookies, but may send cookieless measurement signals. When permitted, your browser may send Google information such as the page URL, IP address, browser or device information and general location and may set or read analytics cookies or similar browser storage.
Download tools also send structured quality events to Google Analytics through the same consent configuration: operation starts and results, retries, recovery choices, tool and language, asset versions, output format, error stage and category, HTTP status, service hostname and duration, plus ZIP audio selection, preparation and failure counts, failure categories and prepared audio byte totals. These custom events do not include song links or IDs, titles, entered text, feedback messages or email addresses. A prepared file or initiated save is not confirmation that a file was saved to your device.
Microsoft Clarity
usesuno.com uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through interaction analytics, heatmaps and session playback. Clarity may process page and layout information, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, browser or device details, performance and diagnostic events, and ordinary connection information. Microsoft masks input-box content by default so the text you enter into website tools is not uploaded as readable input content.
Clarity recognizes the Google consent mode signals generated from the consent message. When analytics storage is permitted, Clarity may set or read first- and third-party cookies or similar identifiers to connect page views into a session. When analytics storage is not permitted, Clarity operates in a limited no-cookie mode and does not link page views into a continuous session.
Google AdSense
usesuno.com includes Google AdSense publisher code to verify the site and, when advertising is enabled, display and measure ads. Google and participating ad technology providers may process device information, IP addresses, page and ad interaction data, and may use cookies or similar storage according to the purposes and providers shown in the consent message. Rejecting optional purposes prevents personalized advertising storage; depending on Google’s serving rules, non-personalized or limited ads may still be displayed.
Google and Microsoft control their own processing. Read how Google uses information from partner sites, Google’s Privacy Policy, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Browser controls and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on can limit some processing where available.
2. Website tools and network requests
Local text tools
Text-only tools (such as Prompt Builder, lyrics diff, tag formatting, normalization, timing and Style cleanup) process the text you enter in your browser tab. The site does not send that working text to a usesuno application backend.
Public Styles catalog
The website's Styles page sends read-only HTTPS requests to the UseSuno Styles API at stylesapi.aibiei.com to load published Style entries. Requests may include the search text, sort order, catalog rotation value, page size and pagination cursor selected or generated during your catalog session. Category, mood and other refinements are currently applied in your browser after results are received. The API also receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address, user agent and request time.
These website catalog requests do not require UseSuno sign-in and do not send your private Prompt library. The Styles API may retain limited operational or security logs; catalog results and request parameters are used to provide, secure and maintain the public Styles library. The extension's separate read-only access to the same public API is described in section 6.
Public-link tools
Tools that inspect or download from a public Suno song, playlist or creator profile are network-assisted. This includes the Song Inspector, Batch Link Parser, Cover Art tool, Playlist Downloader, Profile Downloader and Suno Downloader. Public-link tools send the public Suno URL or public item identifier to UseSuno-operated proxy services at api.usesuno.com or profile-api.usesuno.com to retrieve public song, Hook, playlist, profile, feed or asset metadata on the user's request. The browser may then request audio, images, video or other public assets directly from Suno or its CDN.
The UseSuno proxy service receives the public Suno URL or public item identifier you submit, together with ordinary connection information such as your IP address, user agent and request time. When the proxy retrieves a public page or feed, Suno receives the proxy service's request. When your browser subsequently requests an asset directly from Suno or its CDN, those providers receive the asset URL and your browser's ordinary connection information. The site interface does not intentionally keep a lookup history, but this policy does not promise that the proxy, Suno or CDN providers never retain operational or security logs. Do not submit private, unshared or personal URLs. For tool-specific details, read the notice shown on the relevant tool page.
For an explicit retry after a ZIP failure, the browser may temporarily retain prepared audio in page memory: at most 16 files and 32 MiB, with a five-minute expiry. Successful packages, a new playlist or profile, and leaving the page release this cache. It is not saved in browser storage or uploaded to UseSuno.
Embedded Suno media
Some guide pages display public cover images from Suno’s CDN and official Suno players as supporting evidence. When one of those images or players loads, your browser connects directly to Suno or its CDN and sends ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser information, request time and the usesuno.com origin under the page’s referrer policy. Playback and the embedded player are operated by Suno under Suno’s own terms and privacy practices.
The current Google consent control governs the Google and Microsoft advertising and analytics services described above. It does not yet prevent these embedded Suno images or players from connecting to Suno when the page loads. We disclose that limitation here while we evaluate a separate external-media control.
3. Extensions: what runs where
Suno Prompt Manager
suno.com scope
Suno Prompt Manager is designed to operate only on https://suno.com and its subdomains, in line with its permissions. It helps you read and fill Style Prompt fields while you use Suno. We do not claim any access to Suno accounts beyond what you do in the browser with the extension installed.
Suno Prompt Manager uses the tabs permission to find or open a Suno creation tab and send the command that opens its manager. It does not use that permission to collect or upload your general browsing history. In Suno Prompt Manager, the alarms permission can schedule a periodic Chrome Sync check; data is pushed only when Chrome Sync is enabled. This paragraph does not describe Suno Queue Manager.
Suno Queue Manager
Suno Queue Manager is a separate, local-first Chrome extension for preparing, reviewing and tracking Suno music-generation queues. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Suno, Inc. It does not provide Suno credits, bypass Suno limits or delete content from Suno.
Information stored locally
By default, Suno Queue Manager stores the following in Chrome extension local storage and IndexedDB on the device where it is installed:
- prompts, lyrics, styles, titles, instrumental choices and other user-entered queue content;
- model, voice, workspace and other queue settings;
- queue status, attempt, submission, reconciliation and error records;
- Suno result identifiers, result metadata and local song history needed to display queue history;
- temporary drafts and any legacy local audio records retained by the extension's history database.
Temporary drafts may be held in the extension page while you prepare a queue. Suno Queue Manager does not upload these local records to a UseSuno server. Deleting a queue, clearing local history, clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension removes local records only; it does not delete songs or records held by Suno.
Suno page and session requests
When you open or start a supported Suno workflow, the extension operates on Suno pages and uses your existing signed-in Suno browser session. It may use the page and session context needed to make an authenticated request back to Suno, including the device context, account options, generation availability, model and voice options, workspaces and result state. These credentials and session values are not sent to UseSuno and are not deliberately saved in queue records.
When you explicitly start a queue or review a result, the selected prompt, lyrics, style, settings and status or media requests are sent directly to Suno or the relevant Suno delivery host so Suno can process the request or return the result. Suno's own privacy policy, terms, account rules, credit rules and retention practices apply to information processed by Suno.
Optional ChatGPT assistance
The optional ChatGPT helper is copy-and-paste based. It may copy a helper prompt to the clipboard and open https://chatgpt.com/ in a tab. Suno Queue Manager does not have a ChatGPT content script, does not read or control ChatGPT pages, and does not automatically retrieve ChatGPT conversations or send them to a UseSuno backend. You decide what to paste into the extension.
Downloads and local media
When you explicitly request a download or backup, the extension may request a Suno or Suno CDN media URL, perform a local format conversion where supported, and save the resulting audio, cover or lyrics/metadata export through the browser's download mechanism. These files are saved locally at your request. A downloaded file is for your permitted use; Suno's own content, account and download rules may differ.
Permissions and services
Suno Queue Manager uses storage for local state, scripting to interact with supported Suno pages, tabs to find or open Suno and the optional ChatGPT tab, alarms to resume local queue polling after a service-worker suspension, downloads for user-requested files and clipboardWrite for the optional helper and exports. Its host permissions are limited to Suno and the Suno/CDN hosts needed for Suno workflows and media delivery.
Suno Queue Manager does not use Chrome Sync (storage.sync), Google sign-in (identity), Supabase or UseSuno cloud sync, the UseSuno Styles API or usesuno.com website analytics from its extension pages. The sections below about those services apply to usesuno.com or Suno Prompt Manager only, not to Suno Queue Manager.
Use, sharing and retention
Suno Queue Manager does not sell local queue data, use it for personalized advertising or use it to train a general-purpose AI model. Local data remains until you delete it, clear extension data or uninstall the extension, subject to normal browser behavior and local backups. Data sent to Suno is handled under Suno's policies and is not controlled by the extension's local deletion controls.
4. Suno Prompt Manager: data stored locally
On-device storage
This section applies to Suno Prompt Manager. Suno Queue Manager has the separate local-only storage model described above.
- Your saved Style Prompts and related metadata (including title, prompt text, tags, timestamps, pinned state and usage counts), favorites, recent prompt history, language, theme and sync settings are stored using Chrome extension storage APIs on your device unless you enable a sync feature.
- If you sign in with Google, the Supabase authentication session is also stored in Chrome local extension storage so the extension can keep you signed in.
- You may export or import data as JSON from the extension popup where that feature is provided.
5. Suno Prompt Manager: Chrome Sync (optional)
Cross-device sync
Product boundary: The Chrome Sync, Google sign-in and optional UseSuno cloud-sync descriptions in this section apply to Suno Prompt Manager. They do not apply to Suno Queue Manager, which stores queue and history data locally and sends selected generation requests directly to Suno.
If you enable storage.sync in the extension, selected recent Prompt records are written to Chrome Sync and may be synchronized through the Chrome/Google browser account signed into your browser. Chrome Sync is operated by Google, is subject to Chrome storage quotas, and may not contain every local Prompt when the quota or item limits are reached. That processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy. UseSuno does not operate Chrome’s sync servers or receive those Chrome Sync records.
6. Suno Prompt Manager: optional UseSuno cloud sync (Supabase)
Sign-in and database
Product boundary: This section applies to Suno Prompt Manager's optional cloud features and does not apply to Suno Queue Manager.
UseSuno cloud sync is separate from Chrome Sync. If you choose Google sign-in and run UseSuno cloud sync in Suno Prompt Manager:
- The extension currently offers Google OAuth only. Supabase Auth receives the Google account information needed to authenticate you, including an account identifier and email address; the extension displays the email address to show which account is connected.
- The Prompt records you choose to send by running cloud sync, including their text and related metadata, are stored in
spm_user_promptsand linked to your authenticated account identifier. Cloud and local records are merged using their update times. - This is a UseSuno-managed Supabase service. It is not a cloud project configured or controlled separately by each user. Supabase processes authentication and database requests as UseSuno's service provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you do not sign in and run UseSuno cloud sync, Suno Prompt Manager does not send your private Prompt library to that backend. Signing out ends the local session but does not by itself delete already-synced cloud records.
Suno Prompt Manager also makes read-only HTTPS requests to the public UseSuno Styles API at stylesapi.aibiei.com to display published Style entries. Those catalog requests do not upload your private Prompt library. Links to usesuno.com open public help, privacy or Style pages only when you choose them.
7. Optional community features for usesuno.com and Suno Prompt Manager
Community and moderation
The public catalog can be read without signing in. If you use an authenticated community action, such as saving a cloud favorite, publishing a Prompt for review, liking an entry or submitting a report, UseSuno's Supabase service receives your account identifier plus the content or action needed to provide that feature. Approved public submissions may be visible to other users. Do not submit personal data you do not want visible in a community context.
8. Use, sharing and Google API Limited Use for the website and Suno Prompt Manager
Purpose and service providers
Queue Manager boundary: Suno Queue Manager is not part of the Google sign-in, Chrome Sync, Supabase, Styles API or website analytics flows described in this section. Its local storage and direct Suno requests are described in section 3.
- We use extension data only to provide or improve Prompt management, authentication, synchronization, public catalog and community features described in this policy.
- Extension data is shared only with the service operators needed for an extension feature you use: Google for Google sign-in and Chrome Sync, Supabase for UseSuno authentication and cloud data, and the public UseSuno Styles API for catalog requests. Suno receives normal requests made while the extension operates on Suno pages. Website proxy requests are described separately in section 2.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use or transfer extension user data for personalized advertising, credit decisions or sale to data brokers.
- We do not use your prompts to train generalized AI models unless we explicitly say so in a future update and give you a clear choice; the current product is prompt management, not model training.
Google API Limited Use. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Support emails and downloader problem reports
Preparing a report: the downloader feedback form prepares a draft in your browser. It does not submit the report to a website endpoint or save it in browser storage. It includes your description, the downloader type, the page address without its query string, up to 20 Suno links from the input, and the displayed error. Audio reports may also include the failure stage, chosen format, original error, source media type and size, encrypted bytes received and decrypted bytes produced before an error, expected response size, ZIP preparation counts and up to five failed-song links with classified error details, and basic browser capability checks such as Web Crypto, AudioContext and WebAssembly availability. Reports also include the report time, browser user agent and available brand versions, platform or operating-system hints, browser and page languages, online status, viewport and screen dimensions, pixel ratio, touch capability, loaded downloader asset versions, and the destination hostname, request method and duration of a failed request. For proxy requests, the intended upstream hostname may also be included; this does not imply that the upstream was reached. Browser-reported version and platform information may be incomplete. The feedback code does not request high-entropy device information, location, IP addresses, cookies or browsing history. You can review, edit or remove this information before opening your email app. You must send the email yourself.
When you send an email: we receive your sender email address, any sender name, message, attachments and ordinary email headers. We use this information to investigate the reported issue, reply to you, improve the affected feature and protect our support channel against abuse. We do not use support correspondence to subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Service providers: Cloudflare provides email handling for [email protected] and [email protected]. Downloader problem reports are sent to [email protected] and processed by an Email Worker, which may forward the original email to our receiving mailbox and send the sender address, report description and diagnostic details to our internal Feishu support group. Feishu processes and stores those notification messages so our support team can review the report; attachments are not sent to Feishu. Where Email Routing is used, it forwards messages to our configured receiving mailbox; Cloudflare Email Routing is not itself the mailbox in which we retain correspondence. Our receiving mailbox provider and your own email provider also process messages for delivery and storage. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Processing basis: where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to voluntary support requests, resolving technical problems and keeping the service reliable. We limit reports to information relevant to the request and let you edit the draft. You may object to this processing by contacting us; we will assess your request and any grounds for continued processing.
Analytics boundary: the feedback dialog is explicitly marked for Microsoft Clarity masking. The feedback code does not send your description, email draft or report context to Analytics or Clarity as custom events. Other website analytics and cookie processing remain subject to section 1.
9. Retention, deletion and control
How long data remains and how to remove it
- Suno Prompt Manager local data: remains in Chrome extension storage until you delete records, clear the extension's data or uninstall the extension. Export any data you want to keep before clearing it.
- Suno Queue Manager local data: remains in Chrome local storage and IndexedDB until you delete queues or history, clear the extension's data or uninstall it. These local deletion controls do not delete content from Suno.
- Chrome Sync: is controlled by Chrome and your Google browser account for Suno Prompt Manager. Deleting a Prompt while Chrome Sync is enabled updates the extension's sync set, but copies and retention are otherwise governed by Google's Chrome Sync controls and policies.
- UseSuno cloud Prompt records: remain until you delete the corresponding Prompt while signed in and the deletion reaches the service, or until you request deletion. Signing out alone does not delete cloud records. This applies to Suno Prompt Manager only.
- Account or unresolved cloud deletion: for Suno Prompt Manager cloud records, email [email protected] from the relevant account and request deletion. We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Support correspondence retention: we keep support emails and their Feishu feedback notifications while a request is active and delete them from our active support records within 12 months after the request is resolved. If a request does not reach an explicit resolution, the 12-month period runs from the last substantive communication. We may keep a limited record longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation, handle a legal claim or investigate a documented security incident; it is restricted to that purpose and removed when no longer needed.
Request deletion: email [email protected] from the address you used, with the subject “Delete my support data,” and identify the relevant thread. We will verify only what is necessary, delete the correspondence, attachments and associated Feishu feedback notifications from records we control, and normally respond within one month. If an applicable exception requires retention or an extension, we will explain it. Provider backups and your own sent-mail copies follow their respective retention rules; we cannot delete copies outside our control.
10. Children
Age limits
The site and extension are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International users
Cross-border processing
If you use the service from outside your home country, data may be processed in countries where Cloudflare, our receiving email provider, Google, Microsoft, Supabase, or other providers operate facilities.
12. Changes
Policy updates
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and provide additional notice where required for material changes. This policy explains our processing; continued use does not replace consent where consent is required.
